Foresight News reported, according to monitoring by Onchain Lens, in order to avoid liquidation, Machi Brother Huang Licheng (Machi) deposited 200,000 USDC into HyperLiquid and increased his ETH position (25x leverage) to 2,500 ETH. At the same time, he closed his long position in HYPE (10x leverage), incurring a loss of $123,000. Overall, he is currently at a loss of approximately $13.5 million.
