Circle updates terms of service to allow "legal" firearm purchases with USDC
Foresight News: According to Decrypt, stablecoin issuer Circle has confirmed to the National Shooting Sports Foundation, an industry association representing gun manufacturers and retailers, that it has amended its terms of service to allow the legal purchase of firearms. "We have clarified our terms to state that USDC can be used for lawful firearms transactions protected by the Second Amendment of the Constitution. We have never and will never refuse the use of USDC for lawful transactions involving firearms."
