According to ChainCatcher, monitored by Onchain Lens, a whale (0x85e...eC8) who previously borrowed 66,000 ETH has once again withdrawn 28,262 ETH from a certain exchange, valued at $98,590,000. Currently, this whale holds a total of 355,164 ETH, valued at $1.21 billion.
