Grayscale launches Grayscale XRP Trust ETF on NYSE Arca
Jinse Finance reported that digital asset investment platform Grayscale announced today that the Grayscale XRP Trust ETF (stock code: GXRP) has begun trading as an exchange-traded product (ETP) on a certain exchange. GXRP is an exchange-traded product that is not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 ("40 Act"), and therefore is not subject to the same regulations and protections as ETFs and mutual funds registered under the 40 Act. Investing in GXRP involves significant risks, including the potential loss of principal. GXRP holds XRP; however, investing in GXRP is not a direct investment in XRP.
