Circle partners with LianLian Global to explore stablecoin-based payment infrastructure

Circle has signed a memorandum of understanding with licensed cross-border payment service provider LianLian Global, under which both parties will explore cooperation on stablecoin-based payment infrastructure. The collaboration includes: modernizing payment infrastructure and fund management; improving merchant cost efficiency and streamlining settlements; exploring interoperability of the Circle Payments Network; identifying emerging market opportunities; and leveraging Circle's Layer 1 blockchain Arc to support LianLian Global's network payment use cases.
