Xie Jiayin: If I can't protect users, I'm not qualified to be the head of Bitget's Chinese division

According to Odaily, during the Bitget "User First" livestream, Chinese-speaking region head Xie Jiayin stated that from the very first day he joined Bitget, he had a clear goal: to transform the platform from an industry "follower" into a "leader." He emphasized that "user interests first" is not just a slogan, but a set of action standards that must be implemented over the long term. In his view, if one cannot truly protect user rights and interests, they are not qualified to serve as the head of the Chinese-speaking region.

He also mentioned that the upgrade of the VIP system is far more than just "lower fees and better benefits." More importantly, it is about redefining the long-term value of VIP from the perspective of service itself. Going forward, Bitget will focus on the real needs of high-net-worth users and gradually improve a comprehensive service system, including exclusive financial management solutions, large client staking and lending support, monthly airdrops, exclusive online and offline events, and customized customer service.
