Lido's new proposal suggests investing $60 million in 2026 to implement the GOOSE-3 plan
ChainCatcher reported that the three major foundations of the Lido DAO ecosystem (Lido Labs Foundation, Lido Ecosystem Foundation, Lido Alliance BORG) have jointly submitted the 2026 Ecosystem Grant Request (EGG) to implement the 2026 strategic plan GOOSE-3. The total amount requested for the grant is $60 million, of which $43.8 million is for basic expenditures ($26.9 million for protocol core maintenance and operations, and $16.9 million for growth plans), with an additional $16.2 million discretionary spending cap for the growth section.
