Neo has released Neo-CLI v3.6.2, which will be deployed to the T5 testnet on November 21, 2023, and to the mainnet on December 4, 2023.
Improvements and optimizations in this version include: adding a new system call "CurrentSigners" to get the current transaction signers; adding a new function "StrLen" to the native StdLib contract name to get the length of strings in smart contracts; setting attribute fees for transactions with the "conflict" property; adding a cancel command in neo-cli and rpc to cancel transactions that have not yet been added to the chain.
