Bloomberg Analyst: The probability of a spot Ethereum ETF being approved this year is 70%
After the spot Bitcoin ETF was approved by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas said that there is a 70% chance of the spot Ethereum ETF being approved in May, while also hinting that "I heard through back channels that the spot Ethereum ETF will do well." However, digital asset lawyer Joe Carlasare believes that the approval time for the spot Ethereum ETF may be longer than people expect, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is also working hard to carefully create a precedent that allows them to retain some discretion when deciding which digital asset ETFs are allowed into the market.
