Crypto market sees green as Bitcoin and Ethereum prices rise, despite $230 million in liquidations over last 24 hours
Major cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, experienced a rise in prices despite over $230 million in crypto being liquidated over the last 24 hours. Bitcoin's price increased by 0.2% to $46,185, while Ethereum rose over 0.5% to $2,610. However, trading volumes for both fell over the last 24 hours. The global crypto market rose nearly 0.6% to $1.77 trillion, with positive investor sentiment indicated by a fear and greed index level of 73.
