Dogecoin network experiences "lagging/unresponsive" issue, possibly due to congestion in the network
According to Timothy Stebbing, a developer of DOGE and a member of the Dogecoin Foundation, several cryptocurrency exchanges have contacted the Dogecoin Foundation, indicating that there are "stalling/unresponsive" issues on the Dogecoin network (specific exchange names were not disclosed). Timothy Stebbing explained that there are significant problems with the script which have been clogging up the Dogecoin network. Currently, all developers and board members are considering how to address this issue. However, he mentioned that Dogecoin is a decentralized project, so optimizations can only be implemented after community discussions.
