Featured Bakkt seeks to sell $150m in securities, may ease funding shortfalls
Bakkt, a cryptocurrency custody and trading platform, is looking to sell up to $150 million in securities that may alleviate a lack of working capital, a spokesman for Bakkt said. The company previously said in a filing with the SEC that its cash flow may not be sufficient to fund operations for 12 months after the date of the filing.
