Ethereum staking protocol EigenLayer becomes the fifth largest DeFi protocol, with a TVL (Total Value Locked) reaching 6.859 billion US dollars
Data from DefiLlama shows that the Ethereum re-staking protocol EigenLayer has become the fifth largest DeFi protocol, with its TVL reaching $6.859 billion. In the past 10 days, the platform has received a new fund inflow of $4.3 billion. After EigenLayer removed the staking cap on February 5th, there was an increase in fund inflows. The liquidity restaking window closed on February 10th and since then, TVL increased by $600 million due to asset price increases. Currently, there are 469,870 WETH locked in this protocol worth $1.9 billion and another $2.7 billion worth of stETH is also locked.
