ALEX initiates a new proposal: to delay halving the emission volume and redistribute the emission volume to key mining pools

Bitcoin ecosystem project ALEX has initiated a new proposal, planning to delay the halving of Token emission until the 300th cycle and redistribute the emission to key mining pools. At the same time, it is suggested to pause emissions for one week before and after the Nakamoto upgrade to ensure a smooth transition. The final decision lies with the token holders community of ALEX and atALEX.
