Global Bitcoin investment funds currently hold over 1 million BTC, worth approximately $67 billion
The Block cited data from the encryption research company K33, including global Bitcoin investment funds such as US ETFs currently managing over 1 million BTC, valued at approximately $67 billion based on current prices, accounting for 5.13% of the circulating supply of Bitcoin.
Most of it (over 83%) is attributed to US spot and futures Bitcoin ETFs. Europe and Canada follow closely behind the US as the second and third largest markets for Bitcoin investment tools.
According to Glassnode's data, out of over 1 million BTC, nearly 700,000 BTC are managed solely by the recently launched Bitcoin spot ETF in the United States.
