The Thailand SEC allows qualified investors to invest in U.S. Bitcoin spot ETFs
On March 12, according to Cointelegraph, the Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission amended its rules to allow the launch of private funds investing in Bitcoin spot ETFs traded on US exchanges. However, according to a report by the Bangkok Post on March 12, only institutional investors and "ultra-high net worth individuals" can invest in these Bitcoin ETF funds.
