Patient Capital has applied to invest 15% of its net assets in Bitcoin ETF spot
In a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), American asset management company Patient Capital revealed plans to invest its net assets in Bitcoin through various spot Bitcoin ETFs. The company's documents show that it may invest 15% of the total assets held by the Patient Capital Management Opportunity Trust fund. The fund holds approximately $1.38 billion in assets, with 15% allocated to Bitcoin, meaning it could potentially invest up to $207 million in Bitcoin. The Opportunity Trust Fund may also maintain BTC risk exposure for quite a long time as its stated mission is to achieve "long-term excess returns".
