London Digital Asset Summit: Institutional investors officially enter the crypto industry
At this week’s Blockworks Digital Asset Summit in London, a milestone once considered unattainable now appears to be an indisputable fact: institutional investors have entered the crypto industry, Blockworks reported. Bitcoin ETFs may be the biggest contributors, along with the surge in Bitcoin prices. From enterprise hardware to market structure, discussions at the summit took the existence of institutional investors for granted. DAS London could be a meeting point between institutional investors and startups looking to attract their business, investment or at least their time. It is clear that institutional investors have understood that the crypto industry has opened doors for their business. What comes next may not be as dramatic as the early industry stages, but more of a daily routine. It’s one thing to attract institutional investors to a custody platform or trading platform, but what happens next once they settle in? It's not known yet.
