Golden Finance reports that L2BEAT data shows the total value locked (TVL) in Ethereum's second-layer network, Arbitrum One, previously broke through $17 billion and peaked at $17.24 billion, setting a new historical high. It is currently reported to be $16.85 billion with an increase of 9.62% over the past seven days.
