Grayscale Chief Legal Officer: Believes that Ethereum Spot ETF will be approved in May
News on March 26, despite recent reports that the U.S. SEC has had "limited contact" with applicants, Grayscale believes that a spot Ethereum ETF will be approved in May. Grayscale's Chief Legal Officer Craig Salm stated on platform X, "I don't think the lack of regulatory involvement necessarily means this or that outcome. I personally won't back down because of it, and I believe (the spot Ethereum) ETF should be approved."
