Bank of America predicts a weaker dollar and EURUSD to end the year higher at 1.15
According to the Golden Ten report, Bank of America currency market analysts said in a report that driven by the weakening of the US dollar, the EURUSD is expected to rise to 1.15 by the end of the year, and the USDJPY will fall to 142. The report predicts that the dollar will weaken moderately for the rest of the year, while the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates starting in June. Analysts believe the dollar is slightly overvalued, and this is reflected in their foreign exchange forecasts, especially towards the end of the year.
