The Dow opened up 0.01%, the Nasdaq fell 0.14%, and the S&P 500 fell 0.01%. Star technology stocks Tesla fell 1.32%, Apple fell 0.9%, and Nvidia fell 0.28%. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index rose 0.46%, Xpeng Motors rose 3.46%, and Bilibili rose 2.27%.
