BONKbot: Vulnerabilities triggered in the ecosystem, user funds with private keys not exported are secure
Golden Finance reported that the Solana blockchain trading bot BONKbot is suspected of causing a large amount of tokens in users' wallets to be stolen due to vulnerabilities. The official statement from BONKbot claims that they ensure BONKbot is secure, but there are vulnerabilities triggered elsewhere in the ecosystem. According to BONKbot's logs, every user whose account was emptied had previously exported their private keys, and non-BONKbot wallets were also emptied. Users of BONKbot who did not export their private keys are safe. The BONKbot team is actively tracking potential leaks and users who may have connected third-party services to their wallets. The officials emphasize that if users have not exported their private keys, their funds are 100% safe and explicitly state that there have been no cases of funds being stolen from BONKbot.
