CME "Fed Watch" data show that the probability of the Federal Reserve to keep interest rates unchanged in May is 96.5%, the probability of a cumulative 25 basis points of interest rate cuts is 3.5%. The probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged in June is 41.6%, the probability of a cumulative rate cut of 25 basis points is 56.4%, the probability of a cumulative rate cut of 50 basis points is 2.0%.
