Immutable is building a game zkEVM chain system called Immutable Nexus

April 10 news, Immutable introduced Immutable Nexus. Immutable Nexus ensures that games built on the Immutable chain (including Immutable zkEVM and dedicated zkEVM) can achieve optimal liquidity, security, and accessibility. It is reported that the Immutable Nexus consists of an interconnected blockchain system made up of the Immutable zkEVM chain and all dedicated zkEVM chains on it. Each dedicated zkEVM chain will have a technology stack identical to the immutable zkEVM but will offer unique customization options to meet specific game studio needs. These options include dedicated block space, native ERC-20 configuration for payment and staking capabilities, as well as one-click blockchain hosting. In addition, the Immutable Nexus will include a set of ecosystem partners and cross-chain liquidity services to ensure these chains do not operate in isolation and various games can share network effects provided by immutable. Its ecosystem partners (markets, deposit channels etc.) will implement consistent functions across all chains while providing key services for games to drive their economic development. Liquidity services represent a set of APIs for transferring funds between all chains within the immutable nexus so users can maintain a simple single balance in their wallets enabling fast inter-chain transfers.
