Head of StarkWare Products: Starknet plans to introduce parallelization in the next upgrade, with TPS expected to increase by 3-10 times
April 11 news, Louis Guthmann, the head of product and market strategy at StarkWare, posted on platform X stating that Starknet will introduce parallelization functionality in its next upgrade. By adding Block-STM (a parallel execution engine adopted by Aptos) to the sorter, network performance is expected to increase from 100TPS to 300-1000TPS, meaning an increase of 3-10 times.
