The BTC ecological project Chakra is set to launch a high-performance BTC L2 with a parallel engine, and the network TPS is expected to increase by 3-10 times
The BTC ecological project Chakra, led by the Web3MQ team, is about to launch its first high-performance BTC L2 using a parallel engine, providing shared security and re-pledging services for many other BTC L2 chains. It is reported that Starknet will introduce parallel functions in the next upgrade. The key to this upgrade is adding Block STM (a parallel execution engine adopted by Aptos) into the sorter, with network TPS expected to increase 3-10 times. The GitHub link of the Web3MQ team shows that all work introducing Block STM into Starknet's open-source blockchain stack Madara was completed by them, including scheme design and engineering implementation.
