132nd Ethereum ACDC meeting: Discussion of Pectra developer test network and Electra related unresolved issues
On April 19th, Ethereum developers held the 132nd ACDC conference call. The developers discussed the preparation work for the first Pectra developer test network (PectraDevnet0), and discussed the relevant specifications and two research projects. The developers also discussed unresolved issues related to Electra, including EIP7251 and EIP7549. To address these issues, developers proposed solutions and plan to finalize them this week. In addition, a new EIP was discussed, aimed at creating a universal EL request to simplify the message transmission process. Developers plan to finalize the EIP and share its specifications before the end of this weekend.
