JPMorgan Chase: The U.S. SEC's Wells Notice to Robinhood Crypto is unlikely to hinder the final approval of the Ethereum spot ETF
PANews reported on May 9 that according to The Block, although the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently issued a Wells notice to Robinhood Crypto involving allegations of unregistered securities, JPMorgan analysts said that this is unlikely to hinder the final approval of the Ethereum spot ETF. JPMorgan analyst Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou pointed out that the SEC may eventually establish an intermediate category for Ethereum that is neither a commodity nor a security. In addition, JPMorgan believes that although the Ethereum spot ETF may not be approved this month, the market will not be disappointed because the market has already expected it.
