JPMorgan: SEC's Wells Notice to Robinhood Won't Prevent Final Approval of Spot Ethereum ETF
Morgan Stanley analysts say that the recent Wells notice issued by the US Securities and Exchange Commission to Robinhood Crypto is unlikely to prevent the final approval of the Ethereum ETF. The SEC may ultimately establish a new intermediate category for Ethereum, which is neither classified as a commodity nor a security.
