Robinhood CEO: Crypto assets are becoming more and more important, and Americans cannot accept not being able to use crypto assets
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Robinhood co-founder and CEO Vlad Tenev said in an interview with CNBC that his company is taking a stand for customers and that it is "unacceptable" for Americans to not be able to use cryptocurrencies. As crypto assets become "more and more important," Americans should be able to use them.
Tenev also pointed out that his company had 16 meetings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission before receiving the Wells notice from the regulator. "Unfortunately, this did not pay off."
