Harris: Ready to debate with Trump on September 10th
According to BlockBeats news, on July 25th, U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris stated that she is ready to debate with Trump on September 10th. She said: "I agree with the previously agreed upon debate on September 10th. He (Trump) had also agreed before, but now he's backing down. I believe voters should see this election debate face-off on the stage of debates, so I'm prepared. Let's get started."
Previously, Trump and Biden had agreed to hold two debates; one was held on June 27th and another is scheduled for September 10th. Biden's disastrous performance in the June debate led to calls from Democrats for him to step down as nominee. It has been reported that Harris has received enough delegate support and is expected to become the Democratic candidate. The Democratic National Convention will be held in Chicago from August 19-22.
