The institution had previously withdrawn a total of 6950 BTC from Binance between July 27 and August 2, valued at up to $464 million USD with an average price of $66,776 USD per BTC. Subsequently, within the week from August 3 to August 6, it deposited another 2050 BTC (about $112 million USD) into CEX. If sold now, there would be a loss of $24.78 million USD.
