Base Protocol Head Responds to Meme Community, Says He Doesn't Currently Own a Pet
Jesse Pollak, head of the Base protocol, responded to frequent inquiries from the Meme Coin community about his pet ownership in a post on social media platform X on Oct. 25, in which Jesse Pollak said, “By the way, I don't have any pets at the moment. The cats I had as a child have all passed away. As an adult I've only had one cat, initially a stray I adopted. It later got along well with its new owner, who brought it from the Bay Area to Korea. Sorry, I love you guys.”
In response, a community user asked, “Would you get a pet for meme tokens?” , Jesse replied, “Anything is possible.”
