Offchain Labs launches the mainnet Arbitrum BoLD protocol to achieve permissionless verification
According to The Block, Offchain Labs has launched the Arbitrum BoLD protocol for permissionless verification. After being approved by a governance vote, BoLD is now in use on the Arbitrum chain, One and Nova.
The system replaces previous whitelist validators with a permissionless mechanism, allowing anyone interested in network security to participate.
