The U.S. Senate passed a resolution to revoke the IRS DeFi broker rules, and the House of Representatives will review it
According to Eleanor Terrett, the U.S. Senate overwhelmingly passed Senator Ted Cruz's "Congressional Review Act" (CRA) by a vote of 70-27, repealing IRS regulations on DeFi brokers. The resolution has now been submitted for consideration by the House of Representatives.
