Trump: 25 per cent ‘secondary tariff’ on countries buying Venezuelan oil
On 24 March, US President Donald Trump said he would impose a second tariff on Venezuela, whereby any country that buys oil and gas from Venezuela would pay a 25% tariff to the US, which would come into effect on 2 April, according to Golden Ten.
