Fed Vice Chair Jefferson said that quantitative tightening (QT) at the FOMC can continue to be advanced in an orderly fashion. A rate close to adequate reserves would not affect the ultimate size of the Fed's balance sheet, and the hope is to approach adequate reserves in an orderly fashion.
