MoonPay CEO: Potential Stablecoin Product Launch in the Future
Ivan Soto-Wright, CEO and co-founder of the crypto payment infrastructure company MoonPay, stated that cryptocurrency wallets will eventually replace traditional bank accounts. Currently, MoonPay is moving towards a non-custodial, API-first approach, aiming to provide developers with plug-and-play infrastructure similar to Stripe. Soto-Wright revealed that the company might launch a stablecoin product in the future.
