The Expo, known for its global cultural and technological exhibitions, offers attendees a unique blend of physical and digital experiences.

Each pavilion—showcasing diverse work from countries, artists, and futurists—features soulbound NFT stamps, digitally collectible via the Aptos wallet.

These stamps act as mementos tied to a user’s experience and cannot be transferred, aligning with the soulbound concept of representing personal, non-tradable achievements.

Aptos celebrated the launch on social media, posting on X: “Six months to go. Aptos is bringing the vibes as the digital wallet of @expo2025_japan! 558K+ transactions. 133K+ new accounts. Aptos isn’t just scaling—we’re out to make history.”

“As the blockchain provider of Expo Osaka, Digital Wallet, millions will discover on-chain tech on Aptos. Best part? No web3 expertise needed,” the platform emphasized.

“Take these NFT passport stamps. The wallet effortlessly captures memories—soulbound innovation that simply works.”

This interaction with on-chain technology could be the key to unlocking mass adoption. Rather than requiring users to understand complex wallet setups or gas fees, Aptos abstracts the technicalities, focusing instead on meaningful engagement and utility.
