Pompliano seeks to raise $200 million in SPAC IPO
famous cryptocurrency investor Anthony Pompliano has applied for a $200 million IPO through a SPAC, named ProCap Acquisition Corp. The SPAC aims to target high-growth companies in the financial technology and digital asset sectors. Pompliano previously served as the product manager at Facebook and co-founder of Morgan Creek Digital, and now runs Professional Capital Management. ProCap's management team includes professionals with backgrounds in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and digital asset compliance.
