Canada Drops Digital Services Tax to Boost US Trade Talks as Carney and Trump Agree to Resume Negotiations

Canada has canceled the digital services tax to advance broader trade negotiations with the United States. Canadian Prime Minister Carney and U.S. President Trump have agreed that both sides will resume talks in hopes of reaching an agreement by July 21. (Jin10)
