Solana Labs and Jito Labs Have Received Legal Documents Involving pump.fun
According to Jinse Finance, Solana Labs and Jito Labs have received legal documents accusing them of conspiring with the memecoin platform pump.fun in connection with a $1.5 billion illegal gambling operation. The lawsuit was jointly filed last month by the law firms Wolf Popper and Burwick Law, and was served to the defendants this week. The defendants are required to submit a response or motion within 21 days. In addition to these two crypto companies, Yelena Cavanaugh, General Counsel of the Solana Foundation, Executive Director Dan Albert, and Head of Communications Austin Federa have also been subpoenaed.
