BlockBeats News, August 15—According to a report by The Information, before making a $34.5 billion acquisition offer for Google Chrome, AI search company Perplexity had proposed to acquire the privacy-focused browser Brave for approximately $1 billion earlier this summer, but the negotiations have since stalled.
