Summary of the 218th Ethereum All Core Devs Execution (ACDE) Meeting
On August 16, according to Tim Beiko’s summary of the 218th Ethereum All Core Devs Execution (ACDE) meeting, the main topics discussed included: the Fusaka update (Devnet-4 revealed issues with BPO 3, with plans to launch Devnet-5 to address these problems and increase minority client participation; the original upgrade timeline has been postponed due to instability, and a new schedule will be set once Devnet-5 is stable), and the Glamsterdam upgrade (EIP-7732/ePBS was confirmed as a core consensus layer proposal, and EIP-7928/Block-Level Access Lists as a core execution layer proposal. EIP-7778/6s Slot was removed due to conflicts, and EIP-7702/Fossil will be evaluated after ePBS and BAL are stable. The implementation of ePBS is expected to be completed between March and April 2026).
