According to ChainCatcher, ALT5 Sigma stated that Jon Isaac is not, and has never been, the president of ALT5 Sigma, nor is he an advisor to the company. The company is unaware of any investigation currently being conducted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) into its activities.

Previously, media outlets such as The Information reported that Jon Isaac is under investigation by the SEC.
