Keyrock acquires Turing Capital for $27.8 million to expand its asset management business
Jinse Finance reported that crypto trading infrastructure provider Keyrock announced on Tuesday the acquisition of alternative investment fund manager Turing Capital in a deal worth $27.8 million, and officially launched its asset and wealth management division. Turing Capital founder Jorge Schnura will lead Keyrock's on-chain wealth management business and join the company's executive committee.
