The market has continued its downward trend for several days, with BTC falling 6.32% over the past 7 days and ETH dropping more than 14% during the same period; altcoins have generally declined, and the TOTAL3 index (the total market capitalization of cryptocurrencies excluding BTC and ETH) has dropped 9.30% over the past 7 days.
On the news front, Trump announced a series of tariff measures this morning, including a 25% tariff on all imported heavy trucks, a 50% tariff on all kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and related products, a 30% tariff on upholstered furniture, and a 100% tariff on pharmaceuticals from companies that have not started construction of factories in the United States. Trump stated that the above tariff measures will all take effect from October 1 this year.
