UBS completes first real-time tokenized fund transaction using Chainlink's Digital Transfer Agent technology standard
Jinse Finance reported that UBS Group (NYSE: UBS) has announced the completion of its first fully operational tokenized fund transaction based on the Chainlink Digital Transfer Agent (DTA) technology standard. This transaction enabled the on-chain subscription and redemption process of the UBS US Dollar Money Market Investment Fund token (uMINT), demonstrating how fund operations can be automated through blockchain to enhance efficiency and practicality. In this real-world transaction, DigiFT acted as the on-chain fund distributor, using the DTA standard to initiate and process subscription and redemption instructions. The full workflow of this tokenized fund covers every stage of the fund lifecycle, including order receipt, execution, settlement, and data synchronization between on-chain and off-chain systems.
