Strategist: Federal Reserve meeting minutes may not confirm a December rate cut
According to ChainCatcher, citing Golden Ten Data, Ebury strategist Matthew Ryan stated that the minutes of the Federal Reserve's October policy meeting are expected to confirm that a rate cut in December is far from certain, especially considering ongoing concerns about U.S. inflation. The probability of a rate cut next month, as priced in by the futures market, is currently below 50%. However, he believes that even if Thursday's nonfarm payroll report is particularly weak, it may not significantly change the current situation.
